Reiser UK to demonstrate integrated processing and packaging solutions at PPMA 2026

Reiser UK, the leading supplier of innovative processing and packaging technologies across the sausage, meat, poultry, seafood, alternative proteins, bakery and dairy sectors, will demonstrate its latest integrated processing and packaging capabilities at PPMA Show 2026. On Stand D50, the company will highlight both complete production lines and standalone systems designed to improve efficiency, consistency and product quality across food and selected non-food applications.

Visitors will be able to explore technologies spanning product preparation, processing, portioning, forming and packaging, demonstrating how Reiser can support everything from an individual process improvement to the development of a fully integrated manufacturing line.

Rather than considering each stage of production in isolation, Reiser works with manufacturers to understand how the complete process operates – from preparation and portion accuracy through to yield, throughput, labour requirements, pack presentation and shelf life. This approach enables individual technologies to be selected and configured around the specific product, process and production objectives.

The stand will feature solutions spanning grinding and mixing from Seydelmann, dicing and cutting from Holac, portioning and forming technologies from VEMAG, and low-pressure forming from DJM. Together, these technologies will demonstrate how Reiser can help manufacturers improve product consistency, portion control, yield and production efficiency across a broad range of applications.

Packaging will also form an important part of the display, with VARIOVAC thermoforming and SUPERVAC vacuum packaging technologies demonstrating solutions designed to maximise shelf life, protect product quality and improve production efficiency. VARIOVAC’s Rapid Air System (RAS) technology supports consistent film distribution and pack formation, while SUPERVAC vacuum chamber solutions provide reliable vacuum performance across demanding food production environments.

Whether a manufacturer needs to increase capacity, automate an individual operation or develop a complete processing and packaging line, Reiser’s application specialists and engineers will be available throughout PPMA to discuss the most appropriate approach.

Ed Hewitt, sales director at Reiser UK, said: “PPMA is an opportunity for manufacturers to bring us their production challenges. Every production environment is different, so our starting point is understanding the customer’s product, their process and what they’re trying to achieve. Whether that’s improving one part of a process, increasing capacity or developing a complete processing and packaging line, we can combine application knowledge, engineering expertise and the right technologies to deliver a solution that works for that particular operation.

“More importantly, we look at how the complete process works together. Improving one area can have an impact further down the line, so understanding that bigger picture is fundamental to helping customers achieve improvements in productivity, consistency, product quality and overall efficiency.”

Manufacturers can also explore Reiser’s technologies in greater depth at its Milton Keynes Customer Centre, where equipment can be trialled using their own products to assess product quality, portion control, yield, throughput and packaging performance.
