UK food and bakery processing equipment specialist Interfood Technology has acquired Creeds Direct, expanding the group’s bakery expertise and adding complementary equipment and sundries to its existing offering for bakery manufacturers.
The acquisition brings together two established UK businesses with complementary strengths across bakery equipment.
Now owned by Interfood Technology, Creeds Direct will continue to operate as a separate business under its existing name, with its own team, customer relationships and specialist focus. For existing customers, the emphasis on familiar contacts, personal service and specialist advice, with value for money continuing to be the priority.
For Interfood, the acquisition represents a further investment in the bakery sector. Creeds Direct’s specialist baking equipment and sundries complements Interfood’s existing portfolio, supporting additional bakery applications and day-to-day production needs. Interfood’s established supplier partnerships remain central to its offering.
Together, the two businesses will be able to offer customers access to additional equipment and sundries for different bakery applications, alongside combined technical knowledge and production expertise, backed by Interfood’s focused service and support.
