Greater flexibility, speedy delivery
Provisur Technologies UK Ltd will hold a comprehensive stock of spare parts for both the Formax slicer range and Hoegger presses. This enables greater flexibility and speedy delivery times for the company’s UK customers: same day delivery of spare parts in emergency situations, as well as next day delivery for regular consignments. In addition, customers benefit not only from uncomplicated spare parts deliveries and returns but also from easier import of new equipment.
Comprehensive service
The range of services available will be rounded off by in-house machine refurbishments, machine overhauls, and an on-site training courses for customers. Service technicians will be available for fast maintenance and troubleshooting.
The Telford office will house a complete UK Sales and Service Department. Procedures will be simplified as customers can now order both slicer and press parts on the same account – it is no longer necessary to order from multiple locations on multiple accounts. Additionally, VAT, duty processing, and accounting will be streamlined.
