The customized software interface is based on the new RETSCH evaluation software EasySieve pro and pharma, which is also celebrating its world premiere as a stand-alone solution.

The AS 200 jet pro and the GMP-compliant AS 200 jet pharma set a new benchmark in sieve analysis: Both models combine state-of-the-art air jet sieving technology and a patented, integrated balance in a space-saving tabletop device. Thanks to onboard software, sieving, weighing processes, and comprehensive analyses can be performed with a single device. Particularly convenient: operation is via an intuitive 10-inch touch display.

The AS 200 jet pro / pharma impresses with its versatility and autonomy. In addition to the integrated balance, both versions feature LAN and USB interfaces, with user and audit trail management available as an option for the pharma version.
The new generation of air jet sieving technology protects the sample material and enables impressively short sieving times of 2-3 minutes per process. Software-based guided sieving for beginners and professionals: The Weighing Assistant recommends the optimal sieve load and enables consistently reproducible and reliable results. Additional functions such as weigh-in tolerance, backweigh tolerance, and trend analysis support test equipment and process monitoring and minimize sources of error in everyday work.
The AS 200 jet pharma meets all GMP requirements, and not just for pharmaceutical quality control. The AuditTrail enables track ‘n trace for sieve analysis for the first time: user management with hierarchical access rights, legally compliant e-signatures, and the traceability of every process step ensure maximum data security and repeatable successful processes.
