AM Labels Limited (AM Labels), an award-winning supplier of complete labelling solutions including manufacturing and warehouse automation, barcoding and RFID systems, is exhibiting at the PPMA Show from 26th to 28th September 2023, on stand A23. The company will be demonstrating its label applicator offering, as well as showcasing the LabelPack Panda print and apply system for the first time.
The PPMA Show, which is taking place at the NEC in Birmingham, is the largest exhibition of its kind in the UK. The event will showcase a wide range of the latest and most innovative processing and packaging machinery, robotics and industrial vision systems available, alongside the newest developments in packaging design, materials and containers.
Visitors to AM Labels’ stand will have the opportunity to experience the innovative LabelPack Panda print and apply system in action. The system is a high performance, industrial solution designed to be integrated with print engines from various leading manufacturers, including SATO and Zebra. In addition to being available as either a four inch label width model or a six inch label width version, the Panda print and apply system benefits from a linear applicator with a 300 mm stroke, along with an operator panel and colour touch screen to display and store key parameters. Furthermore, AM Labels will be providing working demonstrations of the affordable, entry-level LabelPack X-Sticker applicator and the programmable, fully automatic LabelPack Label X JR applicator, enabling visitors to learn more about how the company’s portfolio of wipe-on applicators can support their businesses.
On stand A23, visitors will also be able to trial linerless label printers that offer a more sustainable labelling solution and can reduce the amount of waste generated during the printing process, in addition to having the chance to view AM Labels’ range of sustainable labelling materials. Furthermore, the company will be exhibiting Zebra Machine Vision Systems, a range of intelligent devices for in-line inspection and factory automation including smart vision sensors, smart cameras and industrial vision processors. AM Labels will also be inviting visitors to explore the very latest label finishing systems that its portfolio has to offer, in addition to the range of handheld solutions. The comprehensive selection of handheld computers, stocked by AM Labels, provide businesses operating in industrial, warehousing, retail and logistics sectors with an efficient and flexible solution to simplifying processes and increasing productivity.
During the PPMA Show, the AM Labels stand will also feature a selection of colour label printers from leading manufacturers that can support businesses in producing their own high-quality labels in-house, including the Epson ColorWorks C7500G colour label printer.
