At interpack 2023, AROL visitors will be able to experience the latest capping technologies for product safety, a view on circular economy and the latest trends on sustainable packaging materials. AROL will host a special event dedicated to media on its booth, taking place on May the 6th at 11.00 am.
Among the technologies on show, visitors will be able to discover smart instrumented bottles, decappersand decrowners.
Furthermore, AROL will present tests on paper caps, thanks to the AROL “LabV”, a laboratory capper able to measure approach angle, screwing stroke and angle, flat angle, total cam stroke.
AROL will also show everything that can help bottlers in the using PET at its best from an environment point of view: from the laboratory phase, with the innovative robotic station “ClosureXpertLab”, where new ultralight and/or tethered caps are tested, to the caps feeding phase with visual quality control, up to the precapping, and to the fully servo-controlled capping cycle.
The “Smart Closure System” will also be introduced: the innovative capping solution that guarantee efficient and proper closure application, ensuring product safety and saving materials, providing precise control over the entire capping process, increasing the overall equipment effectiveness, decreasing the total cost of ownership, extending machines’ life.
