ELITER Packaging Machinery is introducing an all servo-driven and high-performance wrap-around sleever, referred to sometimes as the sleeve wrap-around cartoner, to offer global market the carton sleeving solution for prepared meals, dairy products, desserts, yogurts, snacks, etc., basically for the food industry.
The sleever announced by ELITER, named ESTRENA™, is developed with the support from SIEMENS China. Incorporated with SINAMICS V90 Servo System and built on complete SIEMENS Platform, the machine can wrap flat and unglued sleeves around containers such as trays, pots, tubs, cups and so forth up to 120 packs per minute. ESTRENA™ can be configured either for the carton sleeving of single package or multipacks when joined by a grouping system.
“For the current stage we are ready to offer carton sleeving solutions for single package such as trays of ready and prepared meals, as well as some simple form of multipacks such as 2*2*1 yogurt cups and 1*3*1 tuna cans.”, addressed Zhiwei Bao, the company owner.
Designed basically for the food industry, ESTRENA™ Wrap-Around Sleever employs solid, robust and hygienic stainless-steel construction for food-grade application, and is of ergonomic and aesthetic structure and excellent accessibility for maintenance and cleaning. ESTRENA™ is also featured by the ease of format changeover which takes only around 10 minutes and thus to minimize the downtime of the production line.
