TraceGains underscores customer-first approach with newest European appointment

Investment in European growth and integration continues with new role
TraceGains, the leading provider of compliance, quality, and innovation solutions for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, has announced the appointment of Hélène Krützen, further reinforcing the company’s continued investment in its European growth strategy.

Hélène joins TraceGains as Account Executive, building on the momentum established earlier this year with the expansion of its commercial team. With a strong background in account management and customer engagement, Hélène has significant experience working closely with organizations to streamline processes, enhance compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

“This latest appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting customers across key international markets,” said Michelle Henry, TraceGains Director of Sales for Europe. “As demand continues to rise for greater transparency, traceability, and compliance within global supply chains, TraceGains is delivering on its customer-first ethos and expanding its footprint to ensure customers receive localized expertise backed by a global platform.”

In her new role, Hélène will focus primarily on the French market while also contributing to broader initiatives across the European region. “Her experience, expertise and deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs will play a key role in helping TraceGains deliver tailored solutions to our growing client base,” said Michelle. “Hélène’s appointment is another important step in our European growth journey as we continue to help businesses navigate increasing regulatory complexity and bring safer, more innovative products to market faster.”

Hélène joins TraceGains from Esko, another Veralto portfolio business, and brings crucial knowledge of integrating automation into processes – the two companies recently announced the launch of TraceGains Packaging Specification Management, featuring native integration with the Esko WebCenter Go packaging artwork management solution. “The integration delivers an integrated ‘source-to-shelf’ digital ecosystem for the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods industries,” said Michelle, “and Hélène is well-versed in how this drives customer efficiency by unifying ingredient specifications, packaging data, product formulas, finished goods, and artwork approvals into a single, connected ecosystem.”

Hélène will work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, customer success, and product to ensure customers maximize the value of the TraceGains platform. “Her role will also involve supporting new business development efforts, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand TraceGains’ presence within the European food and beverage sector,” said Michelle.

Hélène joins TraceGains at a critical point in the company’s European growth. As food and beverage businesses across the region adapt to new and shifting regulations, heightened consumer demands for transparency, and growing scrutiny of supply chains, the need for dependable, data-driven solutions has become more important than ever.

“I’m excited to be joining the team at such a dynamic time for the company and the industry,” she said. “With the evolving landscape creating new challenges for businesses, there is a clear need for solutions that simplify compliance and improve supply chain visibility.

“I am looking forward to working with customers across France and Europe to help them find the right solution to meet their individual needs and ultimately achieve their goals,” she said.

Michelle Henry said this appointment underscores TraceGains’ broader strategy of investing in talent and regional expertise to better serve its international customer base. “As more and more European businesses embrace digitalization and automation to simplify processes, we remain focused on delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses to manage risk, ensure compliance, and accelerate product development in an increasingly complex global landscape,” she said.
