Biggest names in plant-based food set to join Plant Based World Europe 2021

The plant-based industry is growing faster than ever before as consumers become increasingly aware of the benefits that cutting down on meat and dairy can have on both their health and the environment. With new concepts and innovations launching each month, Plant Based World Europe will bring together the biggest plant-based names on the planet to showcase their latest and greatest products. The show, which takes place at London’s Business Design Centre on the 8th and 9th April 2021, will also offer visitors the exclusive opportunity to discover brands that haven’t previously been widely available in Europe.

Joining the line-up of cutting-edge brands is OmniPork, which launches in the UK in January 2021. The food tech company will present its series of ground-breaking pork alternatives including mince, luncheon meat, and pork strip made from a blend of plant-based protein consisting of pea, non-GMO soy, shiitake mushroom and rice.

Protein alternatives will remain centre stage as Miami Burger demonstrates its new Italian Meatballs and existing range of burger patties, bacon and sausages. The brand will also showcase its latest innovations currently in development, including mayonnaise and honey substitutes, which even fooled professional beekeepers when tested.

Esti Foods will bring some Mediterranean flair to the show floor as the company presents its clean label, plant-based meat and cheese alternatives in the UK for the first time. Burgers and meatballs made primarily from non-GMO soy and wheat protein will be included in the line-up, as well as plant-based cheese in a variety of styles including feta style and mozzarella.

The first of its kind, One Planet Pizza, will be cooking up its plant-based Cheezeburger Pizza on the Meatless Farm stand which uses cheeseburger chunks made from pea protein and Smoky Applewood Vegan. The company will also be talking about its new frozen pizza delivery service.

LoveSeitan will demonstrate its wide range of trade and retail products, including its popular best-sellers, Seitan Pepperoni, Facon Bacon, Funky Chyck’n and Simply Seitan logs and diced pieces.
