TraceGains, the leading provider of compliance, quality, and product innovation solutions for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, has underlined its long-term commitment to European growth with the appointment of Amy Gurlitt as Account Executive for the DACH region.
The appointment marks another strategic step in strengthening TraceGains’ regional presence, following its recent expansion into the DACH area. As regulatory demands intensify and supply chains become increasingly complex, the company continues to invest in experienced, locally focused talent to support F&B businesses navigating compliance, new product development (NPD), and sustainability challenges.
“In her role as Account Executive for DACH, Amy will collaborate closely with the regional team to expand the company’s European footprint across Germany, Austria and Switzerland,” said Michelle Henry, TraceGains Director of Sales for Europe. “With a wealth of experience and invaluable knowledge, Amy will focus on building robust relationships and developing high-impact market-entry strategies – guiding F&B businesses to smarter digital-first solutions and moving away from outdated legacy processes.”
With over a decade of experience as a Sales Executive and Account Manager in the IT and cybersecurity sector, Gurlitt brings a proven track record in launching and scaling brands in new markets. Having worked with innovative technology vendors including Malwarebytes, Vectra AI, and Trellix, she has specialized in building early customer bases, evangelizing emerging technologies, and driving market adoption through education and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
“Her expertise in positioning next-generation technologies and empowering businesses to embrace solutions that can drive their growth will further strengthen TraceGains’ ability to support DACH-based F&B organizations as a growing number seek to accelerate their digital transformation,” added Michelle.
Gurlitt joins TraceGains at a pivotal time in its European expansion. As F&B businesses across DACH respond to evolving legislation, rising consumer expectations around transparency, and increasing supply chain scrutiny, the need for reliable, data-driven systems has never been greater.
“I’m excited to join TraceGains because it addresses some of the most pressing challenges in the food and beverage industry, namely compliance, transparency, and supply chain complexity through a truly data-driven ecosystem,” said Gurlitt. “Entering the DACH region is a defining moment in the company’s growth, and it aligns strongly with my experience in expanding brands into new regions, educating the market, and driving adoption of innovative technologies. I look forward to working closely with our customers and partners to help them unlock the full value of their data.”
By continuing to invest in regional expertise and customer-focused leadership, TraceGains is reinforcing its commitment to becoming a trusted partner for F&B manufacturers and suppliers across Europe by equipping them with the tools, insights, and support needed to remain compliant, resilient, and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
