NutriLeads and 1-2-Taste to host webinar on prebiotic innovation in functional foods & beverages

NutriLeads BV and 1-2-Taste are teaming up to present a free webinar on March 25 that will explore the latest innovations in gut health and prebiotic formulation for functional food and beverage applications.

The session will focus on consumer-driven trends and new opportunities for food and beverage manufacturers and food industry professionals to incorporate science-backed prebiotic solutions into their products. The 45-minute webinar, scheduled for 14:00 CET, is now open for registration.

Expert Insights from Dr. Sue McKay

The webinar will be led by Jasper Schouten, CEO and Co-founder 1-2-Taste. Sue McKay, Ph.D., Nutrition & Health Manager, NutriLeads, will present the science behind prebiotics. Dr. McKay leads research and development at NutriLeads, focusing on scientific validation of Benicaros®. Bringing extensive experience in functional food innovation, she previously held roles at Unilever and Upfield (Flora Group). Her academic background includes a Ph.D. from Erasmus University Rotterdam, followed by postdoctoral research at the University of Utrecht and the University of Groningen. The webinar will also be available on-demand, allowing registrants to watch live or at their convenience after the event.
