Biorigin will present in booth 4D180 at Food Ingredients Europe its natural-origin solutions to improve the taste and healthy appeal of foods and beverages.
Visitors will be able to taste a menú with an onion soup reduced in sodium as entrée, a delicious meat-analogue Burger reduced in fat, with vegan mayo also reduced in fat, & ketchup reduced in sugar, and served with crispy chips as the main plate. To finalize the menú, a low sugar café au lait.
According to Fabiana Cusin, Biorigin´s Global Food Product Manager, the idea is to show that convenient foods could be full of taste without compromising the healthy appeal. “Our yeastbased solutions and natural flavours compensate for the lack of sodium, sugar, fat, and unpleased ingredients of healthier recipes, contributing to building the taste and texture of these types of convenient foods”.
Biorigin is always attentive to its participation in Food ingredients Europe. “The event is a showcase where we can demonstrate our expertise to our customers, in adding value to their products by being a partner in the development of their solutions which match consumers’ demands. For almost 20 years we use all our capabilities and know-how in biotechnology and fermentation to develop natural-origin ingredients, that benefit consumers’ health and the sustainability of the planet. We invite FIE visitors to know more about our company”, adds Eliane Cabral, the new Biorigin´s Global Head of Food Business.
