Ocean Spray® Ingredients will present as part of the 2025 IBIE education program, “Make Your Baked Goods Cran-tastic!” The session will showcase why cranberries are the perfect inclusion for bakery and the wide variety of cranberry ingredients suited for this segment, including the full BerryFusions® Dried Fruits lineup.
Attendees can also experience Ocean Spray’s Cranberry Café at Booth #7811 and taste cranberries in a variety of on-trend concepts. Snack on an Orange Creamsicle Cookie with Orange BerryFusions Dried Fruits, cranberry seeds and white chocolate chips, enjoy a Cran-Raz Bubble Waffle topped with cranberry syrup and cranberry seeds, or sample a Cran-Filled Bao Bun with Glazed Pork Belly. Cranberry Peach Iced Tea will also be available to quench visitors’ thirst.
These concepts highlight the portfolio of Ocean Spray Ingredients, including cranberry seeds and BerryFusions Dried Fruits, which add flavor, function and bold, bright red color to baked goods.
