Kerrymaid has launched Perfect Melt Vegan Slices, a plant-based alternative to cheese aimed solely at professional kitchens.
With more consumers demanding vegan options, this new product from Kerrymaid allows the pub & leisure, catering, hospitality and foodservice industries to offer a tasty dairy alternative.
Designed specifically for use on hot applications such as burgers, subs, wraps and sandwiches, the product not only tastes great but also melts and looks like the original.
In addition to the sensory benefits, speed, ease of use and simple handling requirements were key considerations, making it perfect for the QSR environment.
The product will soon be available across the UK and Europe in pack sizes of 56 easy-peel slices.
