Mr. Jayapal Reddy Madireddy, CEO and Mrs. Jyothirmai Madireddy, Director of Megsan labs are excited to announce the opening of Megsan Food Lab, as the infrastructure work has been completed ahead of the targeted timelines. To celebrate this, Megsan invited its team to an opening ceremony involving traditional rituals and also a get together to cheer up all the key people who were part of this progress. Team Megsan is very excited to add up this new vertical to their core services.
With a total area of around 15.000 square feet, in Phase 1, with dedicated areas assigned for Microbiology, Wet Chemistry, Honey, Water, Special Projects etc, Megsan aims to serve the domestic as well the export market of specialized foods.
Abgar Barseyten, CEO Tentamus Group, was a special guest for the Food Lab opening ceremony who took part in traditional rituals and congratulated the whole team of Megsan, before officially cutting the ribbon. Keerthi V Reddy Vemula, CEO Tentamus India, highlights that India is an important market when it comes to food. “India is considered as the ‘Food Bowl Of The World’ and its food exports has doubled during the last decade. Given the fact that such a huge amount of food being produced, consumed and exported annually, the number of high-quality testing labs currently operational in India hardly matches the volume of food being produced/exported and quality control requirements, thus gives us enough acceleration and opportunity to serve in this segment”.
