Fazer Mills participated in the Fi Europe exhibition in Frankfurt in November. Our sales team, including Lauri Luostarinen, Taija Felt, and Sari Kaarela (pictured above), was thrilled to see the great interest in oats and the innovative solutions for various new plant-based products!
One of the application highlights in our booth was an oat-based choco spread which delighted visitors with its deliciousness. Our O 2000 FP (Fine Oat Powder) and OEF (Oat Endosperm Flour) are excellent ingredients for creating such applications.
We also offered sample dishes from Oat Rice – a tasty, nutritious, and versatile food grain that’s a perfect alternative to conventional rice. It’s a great choice for everyday meals and creative recipes alike.
