  • Plant-based pepperoni on flatbread pizza – This plant-based pepperoni offers all the visual appeal, mouthfeel and flavor delivery of traditional pepperoni. AAK’s patent-pending white particulate flakes are made with coconut oil and fiber, creating visual marbling for more realistic-looking meat alternatives. Includes AKOVEG™ 163-14 coconut oil with blended fibers; NEUTRESCA™ 51-25 coconut oil; CISAO® 7831 palm oil and palm kernel oil flaked shortening.
  • Plant-based butter – Perfect for cooking and baking, and stable at room temperature, AAK’s newest hardstock for patent-pending plant-based butter features a super-clean taste. For excellent creaminess with no animal-derived ingredients, this plant-based butter is palm free and non-hydro, for a clean and simple label. It can also be used as a 1:1 dairy butter replacement. Includes AKOVEG™ 160-04 refined coconut oil and AKOSUN™ 46-79 high oleic sunflower oil.
  • White chocolate chunk cookie dipped in dark chocolate – This delicious cookie is made with plant-based butter. Using it as a 1:1 replacement of dairy butter, AAK’s plant-based butter improves stability, along with better taste and texture in every bite. Features AKOVEG™ 160-04 refined coconut oil blended with AKOSUN™ 46-79 high oleic sunflower oil; CEBES® 29-01 NH, a premium blend of non-hydro palm kernel oil and palm oil that can be used for confectionery coatings; CEBES® 21-20, a high performance non-hydro palm kernel oil ideal for inclusions like chunks or chips.
  • Caramel bites – Pleasantly soft and chewy, these indulgent bites feature great texture. With great cold-flow resistance, this golden caramel will retain its visual appeal. AAK’s palm and non-palm fat solutions meet different ingredient demands and result in caramel with minimal waxiness or stickiness. Features NEUTRESCA™ 55-43 confectionery fat made with hydro coconut oil.
